Conflict Minerals Policy: As defined in Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act “Conflict Minerals” are columbite-tantalite (coltan), cassiterite, gold, wolframite or their derivatives; or any other mineral or it’s derivatives determined by the Secretary of State to be financing conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country. The metals derived from these ores are tantalum, tin, gold and tungsten respectively. RF IDeas recognizes we have a responsibility to ensure our products are manufactured in a socially responsible manner. It is therefore the policy of RF IDeas to support the EICC/GeSI Initiative and diligently guard against the inclusion of any components containing illegal Conflict Minerals in our supply chain through our supply chain surveillance activities.
Returns: All returns require an RMA authorization number in advance. Returns are subject to a 30% re-stock fee.
Domestic Credit Application: Please click here to obtain our Credit Application form. If you have your own pre-printed references and fax numbers, you are welcome to attach to our form.
International Credit Terms: RF IDeas now offers our international customers the chance to purchase product on net 30 day terms. To qualify for N/30 day terms, simply give us: name, address, telephone numbers for three (3) U.S.-based vendors (MUST be USA vendors), fax number and e-mail address. Please click here to obtain our Credit Application form. Once the Credit Application has been completed, e-mail to soesch@rfideas.com. A reference check with the supplied 3 vendors will be made, and if you qualify for open credit you will be notified by e-mail of the acceptance. If accepted you will have 30 days from date of invoice to wire transfer your payment. Wire transfer information will also be included with our e-mail accepting you to purchase on a N/30 day basis.
Shipping Domestic: We normally ship by Fed Exp 3 day. Shipping charges are additional. You are welcome to supply your own Federal Express Account number and we will bill the freight charges directly to your account. Sorry Federal Express is the only choice as they make pick ups daily here at RF IDeas.
Shipping International Orders: RF IDeas will notify you via email of the correct freight charges once they are calculated. Orders outside USA and Canada must be pre-paid via wire transfer or credit card. No C.O.D. or Purchase Orders will be accepted.
